Matthew Palmer has been approved as a licensed assessor for category A and B personnel setting up safe systems of work on Network Rail's high voltage AC and DC electrification system.

EPC Services have successfully applied to Network Rail to provide this service and are therefore able to offer this service as an independent to any other company employed in the UK.
